What is the difference between 0.42bmt and 0.48bmt sheets?

Colorbond steel roof sheets come in various thickness’ and this will be referred to as its base metal thickness (BMT), which measures the thickness of the raw steel. Thickness of sheets range from 0.42bmt to 0.80bmt.
